Event Planning & Services
We specialize in team building experiences (including Master Chef challenges), evening events, year-end functions, outdoor adventures, corporate activations, and professional sound & lighting hire. Each event is tailored to your objectives, audience size, venue, and budget.
Yes. We design bespoke concepts, branding, and run-of-show for every event. Packages can include facilitation, decor, staging, entertainment, catering coordination, AV (sound and lighting), photography/videography, and more — built around your goals and budget.
We operate across Gauteng — Pretoria, Johannesburg and surrounding areas. We can deliver on-site at your offices or chosen venue, or recommend partner venues suited to your event’s format, capacity, and logistics.
Bookings, Pricing & Policies
We recommend 4–6 weeks’ lead time for optimal planning and venue selection. Short-notice bookings are possible subject to availability. A deposit secures your date and resources; the balance is due prior to event delivery.
Quotes typically include professional facilitation, equipment and materials, AV (if selected), staffing, setup and strike, logistics coordination, and safety compliance. Venue hire and catering are optional add-ons. Your proposal will itemize all inclusions for transparency.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rebooking fees depending on third-party commitments. Cancellations follow a tiered schedule; deposits are generally non-refundable once resources are reserved. Full terms are provided with your quote and booking confirmation.
Yes. We supply professional PA systems, microphones, DJ gear, mixers, projectors, stage lighting, uplighting and effects. Our technicians deliver, set up, sound-check, and support your event, ensuring safe, reliable operation throughout.
Absolutely. We coordinate with catering partners for dietary requirements (Halaal, Kosher, vegetarian/vegan, allergens) and select venues with accessible routes and facilities. Please share any specific needs during your brief so we can plan appropriately.
We conduct risk assessments, safety briefings, and operate under OHSA guidelines. Our team carries public liability insurance and our equipment is maintained and certified. Site-specific rules and venue safety standards are followed at all times.
Logistics & Support
We accept EFT and corporate purchase orders. Staged payments are available for larger engagements. Payment schedules and VAT details are included in your formal quotation.
Yes. MCs, DJs, live performers, photographers and videographers can be added as optional enhancements. We’ll recommend talent based on your audience and event style.
